- Partnering with the wider HR team and senior stakeholders to ensure that appropriate HR Operations framework is in place to guarantee consistency across multiple countries
- Leading and developing a growing global HR Ops team
- Tracking and monitoring of all people KPI's to improve the performance of the HR practices
- Coaching managers to ensure that they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to best utilize the HR systems and processes
- Reviewing and evolving current global HR processes, ensuring that they are streamlined, standardized and suitable to support the business across all regions
- Continuously reviewing HR policies & procedures to ensure alignment to business and legal requirements, on a global and local level
- Act as change agent to develop and implement various HR projects and programmed in order to drive the business forward.
